Monday Mini
This time with minimal effort!
Back to Reality
Another week, another short Overhanalyze It! I’m busy packing, preparing to return to reality and trying to soak up the rest of my time with east coast friends and family so keeping it extra short, extra low effort this week. While I’ve been staying at my parents’ house, I’ve been going through some old writing and school assignments that I found under my bed. So for a fun (hopefully) change of pace, here are some brief moments of insanity from me in childhood. Enjoy and keep your eye out for a full-length Overhanalyze It coming very soon!
Kindergarten
It’s very clear that I could barely write in Kindergarten as my teacher had to jump in throughout the workbook but besides Elmo, here are a few more gems from inside:

I can only assume Dogzilla is an attempt to blend my obsession with Godzilla and my desire to have a puppy together?
2nd Grade
Tbh, this story actually kinda slaps and I could use a little of 2nd grade Hannah’s imagination going forward.
5th Grade
Finally, we have a booklet titled All About Me that seems to be a random collection of types of poems. Even though I’m no longer obsessed with playing sports, this dumb lil poetry book makes me laugh because no matter how much life changes, I still have things in common with the 2002 version of me.
^ Not sure why I focused so much on what I do and don’t fear in this poem, but worth noting that having a first name that’s a palindrome makes acrostics much more annoying. I love the final line because it’s proof that I have not ever been a morning person or fun for anyone to wake up.

Thank you for reading this edition of Overhanalyze It! If you haven’t been able to tell, I’m still trying to make a million things happen at once. So just a friendly reminder that I’m available for HR help and resume updates if you need help :). And if you’re a fan of the substack, please be sure to subscribe and share with your friends!
Another thing I’ve been trying to focus on more is stand-up and I’ve been having a lot of fun! I’m hoping to have some things to share on that front so keep your eyes peeled for stand-up content coming soon!
